CLB Edit arrives.

Actually it arrived last Saturday but I just finally got a chance to take some pics. Awesome little knife that is perfect for belt EDC or as a necker. Feels really good in the hand and has nice balance. Came with a great edge on it right out of the box and went to work cutting up some boxes that were laying around. Sliced right thru them w/out a hitch. Some had mentioned about the sheath being a bit loose and the blade coming out, I have to agree on that unfortunately. Put it on my neck and when I held it up about chin level and let it go sure enough the knife popped out

. Looking into someone making me a kydex one like I have for my RAT Izula proto. Otherwise another fine knife from my Amigo and Boker :thumbup:.

The last few were some little extra goodies that came with the knife. Huge thanks again Bro

Nice pics. The more I see the Edit the more I want to try it. Too bad about the sheath not having enough retention, but new kydex from someone like Normark or Rob Humelbaugh will have it ready to rock & roll.

Glad ya like it and sorry about the sheath issue. In an email to Boker Germany, I addressed this issue. However, some of the guys in Germany are NOT having any probz with their EDIT sheaths? So not sure what will happen...

I sent a message to Chad, I don't know if he read it or not. I read on one of the posts about Chad's wife having a ebay store. I don't wan't to sound stupid, but is this her store? I ask because I would like to get a Subcom from them, and the adress isn't Hawaii, or maybe I missed it. Thanks Guys, Jake.

The link I posted in post #3 is for his wife's store. If you click on one of the knifes it gives a description and further down it says:

According to my knowledge the first batch had problems concerning sheath retention. In later batches these problems are resolved.

First batch can be turned in for replacement .
Including the knife that is.

That is how i read it on messerforum.
