Can somebody give me a tip on how to delete some of my conversations? My box is getting full and I can't figure out how to dump some of the old ones. Thanx.--KV

Just open the conversation andd look at the upper right side, "leave conversation" is one of the options.
There may be a way to delete a bunch at once but I haven't found it yet.

Click on the envelope icon, then on Show All. There's a checkbox that is used to select conversations - click on the ones you want to delete, then click on Leave Conversations

I have 45 conversations but can only access 9 of them. The other 36 were in files I set up under the old PM system before BF switched servers/formats.

Can anyone tell me how to delete the 36 old files I can’t access, so they’re not taking up space in my Conversation count?

I honestly have no idea, I can't read your PMs and don't have any of my old PMs as files. Can you not open those files as conversations? I have the ability to wipe all your conversations, but not individual ones.

The only place they show up is in the conversation count bar, which shows 45 conversations. But the conversation display when I go to “Show All” only shows the “current” 7 conversations I have—conversations I haven’t left since the changeover.

I’m assuming those 36 hidden files are the ones I set up as archives under the old system—have never been able to see them since the change.

Okay, I see now that the 45 count is the number of messages contained in the 7 conversations. I misconstrued the difference (45-7) as being those old lost files.

Sorry for the confusion—thanks, Spark.
