I can't help you with that. But, from what I hear, the knife looks brand new after being refurbed from CRK! The only experience I have is with sending a Custom knife back to the maker. The knives that were sent bvack to the makers were not in bad shape, and looked excellent when returned, and nice and sharp too. Does this help at all?
