Cleaned out the closet today!

I was inspired by Chuck and Skunk'c pics so I decided to clean out one of the closets in the shop today. . . ;)

Actually, this is a small portion of the blades that we trash on a yearly basis because they don't make the grade, or they get screwed up during set-up, or warped, or discontinued, or are part of an overun on special team or group orders that are not available to the general public. . . . etc. . . etc. . . etc. . . . All in all we will throw out 1,678 blades this year. (OUCH!!!!!)

Some of the blades in this pic are older ones from my original shop and they will account for an additional 446 blades that will get melted down into bumpers and other car parts!

INFI bumpers!. . . I pity the fool. .. . . ;)

No Jerry, you should give them to your really good and loyal customers as limited edition paperweights or something! :D
 
Jerry, for the love of God man, stop the insanity!! I run a home for misfit blades. Don't use them to make bumpers for vehicles! If one of these bumpers are used against ANYTHING less than a Abrahms tank, think of the lawsuits you could face:eek: I'm begging you to send them to me so they can live out their lives without fear of ever hurting anything. If you won't do that, at least send me one of the "lost" SHBM as a token of your humanity:D

Jerry, What day did you say was trash pickup day?

I'm going to be in the area with my truck if you would like for me to take those in to the scrap yard for you.
(I'll just charge you for a little gas money...really)
 
BTW, Jerry, did you happen to find that "Special" ONCE (Ok, TWICE) in a lifetime variant you made for me? It looks like I'm going to be needing it around 1 Mar or there abouts;) You can just email me if you don't have my current address.

I think we can come up with some clevar use for the scrap. I'd love to have a Steel Heart Lamp, or a Nice wall hanging. I'm sure we can get the welder out and make somthing nice.... Just like in shop class.:D

Oh yeah.... since Gundy get's the hidden Folder. I'll take the AK:D

I guess we can stick weld it, but we should really use INFI rods.
Cause, you just can't get mig/tig wire/rod in INFI:D
 
Mark, you guys do know that I will bark like a dog for some scrap INFI, don't you?

You just say what dog you want man, and it is yours!;) :D
