Cleaned up my Recon 1

Did this to my BK-2 last night, got the idea to do it to my Recon 1 last night

I did that to mine awhile ago, too. Except I didn't take it apart, I just chipped away at the teflon coat, haha. Looks really good though, I like it!
 
I always take my Knifes apart when I clean them I have torque heads screwdrivers, allen wrenches, and other assorted tools just for this purpose. I used 60 grit, 100, 600, and 800 grit sand paper for these projects.
 
Looks great! I did a similar thing, but went all the way up to 2000 and flitz

That re profiled tanto recon is awesome that's a true tanto shape that is usefull. My envy is setting in:D
 
Pretty. I've also stripped a BK-2 in the heat of following the crowd to do some ''moding''. It was one of the stupidest things that I've done to a knife.
