I went through my current models, and eliminated a few of them due to lack of sales. If the current trend of cancelling orders keeps up, I will no longer take orders, just make what I want to post for sale. This seems to be the way some other makers are doing it, maybe I should try it too.

good plan - lets you have more fun making what you want and saves on frustration when a customer stops communication -- especially when they don't even have the guts to tell you they're backing out on the deal.
