Cleaning my Calypso Jr.?

First have to say a big thank you to Sal and Spyderco for doing this short run of Calypso Jr. With out it I may have never owned another spyderco. I have to say I love spyderco as a company, but I don't always love the knives they come out with. The calypso is the perfect combination of the things I like about spyderco knives.

That said the only thing this knife lacks is the ability to take it apart for a good cleaning. So I'm calling upon the knowledge of all you spyderco junkies... What is you paten pending way of cleaning the "stuff" out of the pivot point and the handle??? Do you hose it out this that kitchen sink doodad or use a power washer? Maybe rubbing alcohol on a q-tip? Or is an air compressor the way to go?

Basically I'm looking for a way to really clean it out and then I'll lube it up and get ready for more cutting! BTW what lube is best in your opinions?

Thanks All!

I am not a stickler on clean, but what I do is use hot soapy water in sink. Let sit in there a little while, use tooth brush (an old one) to scrub handle. You can scrub the blade action both open and closed also. For stubborn gunk, a toothpick gets in there. Rinse in cool water, blow dry with compressed air. A very tiny drop of oil. I use the needle type oiler.

You can wash it, blow dry and maybe once in a while little Tuff Glide or something similar on the pivot.
