Cleaning out private messages

When cleaning out and saving PM's to computer, when selecting "download as text", it always dl'd as a "text document.
Now when doing the exact same steps, it downloads as a .php and I don't have anything to open it.
How do you dl as text as before?

Hi Bill,
If you are using a Windows PC: You should be able to right click the .php file and select "Open with" and select your notepad or wordpad or word processing software. In theory it should open and allow the file to become readable. An alternate method is to open with, and select IE, Chrome, or any browser for the same result. I will give this a try and see what happens.
