Cleaning Spyderco Resilience for food prep?

I've had my resilience for a couple of months now, and the only thing I've been doing in terms of maintenance is the occasional touch up, and lubricating the blade with coconut oil. But what I want to know, is there anything I can do to clean the blade? Just so it's sanitary to use.

I just wipe the blade with a Windex-moistened paper towel, both before and after using it for food prep. For food use, I've never needed anything more than that, for knives that I otherwise haven't given a complete soap & water bath.

thank you, I will start doing that

I do the complete soap & water wash. Once food use is done, another wash. Dry completely & flush the pivot area with wd40. This should chase out moisture.
