Cleaning...

There is a soap I use called "Miracle 2 soap" which has some very unique properties. I use a soap solution with hot/warm water and swish them good in that solution. then rinse and dry them immediately. I have never experience any corrosion or other negative problems using it.

For some hard to clean handles & blades there is a petroleum compound called "Ballistol" that I have used on Micarta, G-10, Titanium and various other handles and it seems to really re-juvenate them.

Afterwards I lubricate them with Militec
