Clearing out space - more hatchets?

We are trying to clear out some space in the shop for some new material. One chunk of steel that needs to go is the 1/3rd of that monster sheet of .264” 80CrV2 we brought in for the hatchet group buy. And this takes up a good chunk of space.

I am wondering if any of you guys would be up for doing another batch of hatchets out of this sheet. We can change the design if that’s what you want.

I haven't ground into the first 2 I bought yet though. I'm just not sure how to bevel an axe.
