Cleveland Ohio axe?

I got this axe at the flea market and the only markings I see on it appear to be CLEVELAND.O. I’m thinking the .O. would stand for Ohio. Some of the letters could be different the E and L are hard to tell apart. It looks like the last letters are defiantly LAND.O. The handle on it says lakeside quality, 4 numbers then hickory. Can you guys tell me what you think and who made the axe? Here are some pictures, thanks.

Lake Side was a Montgomery Wards brand and unlikely to be original. I think Powell Tool Co was in Cleveland and it could also be a hardware brand.
