Clich treatment, beginning micarta and an order placed

Busy weekend. Not only did I order a 15 from Tomars (hope it makes it here before the gathering this weekend), but I tried my hand at the Clich treatment (on my BK-5). Got to say, it was pretty easy. I followed the instructions step by step and it turned out well. Next time I give it a go I will have to expiriment more with a pattern. I went for the "forged look", so luckily I didnt have to test out the arts & crafts skills that I dont have. I have also laid the groundwork for my first attepmt at micarta. I cut strips from an old issue laundry bag, and got it stacked next to the resin.....just need to go get some clamps. I'll probably start it and leave it clamped while I am gone this weekend. One I unf^&k my picture hosting site issues, I'll get some pics up.
 
Soon there will be a Clich forum about all the Clich mods people are doing...Hope it turn out man.
