Is that a dogo argentino in your avatar bud ? great hog dogs by all accounts but banned here .
I have had Bullmasiffs as my breed , lost my girl in oct but am on a puppy list for the summer.

Yes he is a Dogo and he has caught a lot of critters in his day

Beautiful Apbt mike , have to say I knew you'd have a pb just intuition .
I have to have a less people friendly breed for guarding .
As much as I love pits unless they're full on they don't make good guards IMO the ones that do are a but too much .
My girl would eat a intruder then allow my kids to take food from her mouth , but she's gone to the big bone in the sky .
All you need to do is get him a snody spiked collar sharp style .
