This is not a traditional gunstock folder but reminds me of the gunstock style. The knife features Cliffs first forged ladder pattern damascus and it is tight! The chantoyance is unbelievable in person. The photo does can not capture the steels movement and the blues in the ivory are much more visible in person. This is one of Cliffs largest folders, if not the largest to date. Cliff is known for his mosaic damascus and I wanted something a little different. Let me know what you think.

If the image is to big right click it and press "view image"... well on a PC at least.

I'm very fond of folding daggers and Cliff's work in general.
Very nice Jon and especially love that blade clip. Thanks for sharing!

Here's a couple from Don Hanson (Scary Things I & II) if I may continue with the theme.

AWESOME Jon! CONGRATS!

When I first saw it, I was thinking a little filework to the screws would look good, and seeing a bit of that on DHIII's knives illustrate that thought.

In the LARGER pics it is visable Jon, but previously I had only viewed the smaller pics, and it was not so easily noticed.

That being said, I prefer the radial style filework.

Great looking knife the way it is however.

Gonna bump this up one more time if anyone didn't catch it, then let this thread run its course. :)

Really like Cliff's work. This one is out of the box for him, and I like it a lot. Very nice grab, Jon! Love the ladder damascus blade and design.
