I have used an Extreme Judgement and a couple of larger blades from Busse Combat and a few smaler ones , based on that :

The edge holding strongly favors Busse in regards to heavy work as the Extreme Judgement chipped readily on hard contacts, where INFI takes less damage and tends to deform. Thus ease of sharpening will also favor the Busse in similar conditions as there is less work that needs to be done. Both steels respond well to normal abrasives and don't require diamond or anything exotic to machine.

Handle ergonomics is really person dependent, with that in mind, a comparison of the Extreme Judgement grip vs the old SHBM grip is interesting, the SHBM grip is a bit too thin, too straight and the end hook too abrupt. However the Extreme Judgement handle is also a bit flat and the index finger cutout is smallish and reduces grip versatility. That is a close one for me, essentially a coin toss.

The ergo grip which Busse introduced awhile back was a significant improvement in regards to comfort, stability, versatility and reduced wrist strain in extended use. I would take that readily over the Extreme Judgement grip. The new fusion handle is simply one of the better grips I have seen. Fills the hand well, is multi-modal, and has no real problems.

In regards to chopping/cutting, both blades have similar profiles (2" wide blades, on 1/4" stock with full flat grinds), and both will customize the edge geometry to use request. I would take the Busse mainly for durability issues and have taken the edge way down on my personal SHBM and it still handles heavy wood work well.

There is more info on the reviews on the website, if you need clarification on anything just ask.
