clip insert and a lanyard question

Anyone know a reliable online dealer that carries the small sebenza clip insert?
I'd order it from CRK directly, but I won't pay a $13 minimum shipping cost for a $30 purchase on principle alone.
I've already checked NewGraham, but they're sold out.

Also, does anyone know the material that CRK uses for it's stock lanyards? I switched to 550 (normal and gutted) early on and lost the lanyard that came with it. For some reason the 550 isn't as good as whatever came with the sebbie.

I couldn't find a small insert from other dealers either, ended up ordering from CRK directly. Give them a call they won't charge you the same shipping charge as a knife, i.e. the $13.95 on the order form. They sent me the insert and several other small parts I ordered for about $5.00 shipping, I had the parts in two days no issue.
 
This is really good to know as I have also avoided ordering small stuff from CRK due to the high ship cost for a small thing. Thanks..
 
My impression is that if they can get it into a padded envelope, they will, and will charge you much lower postage.
 
I have bought 8 inserts from them, They come in a padded envelope, First class shipping is $1.22

I just sold a large to another forum member, I have 1 small polished left,

Eeek, public apology for spacing out & not returning your pm!!! :eek: I am going to try staying with the clip on my small Classic - I am thinking it gives my big fingers something to perch on while opening the knife. Thank you for your message and apologies for (rudely) not returning it! :o
 
My items came in a padded envelope as well, the only reason it was around $5.00 was I chose priority shipping. The folks at CRK always seem to make an effort to please, it's a good business strategy as it keeps us coming back for more. :)
