Clip on a SAK ?

definitely. i think all SAK's should at least have the possibilty of adding a clip onto it, by putting it along with the contents in the box. the fact that SAK's don't have clips and can't be opened one-handed is the very reason i never EDC'ed one. walking around with a pouch on my belt was just way too much annoyance for me.
that's why i like my LM Charge so much, it has a clip and can be opened 1-handed, like a spyderco. a german knife-magazine actually referred to the leatherman charge as a 'worthy replacement of a true folding knife, but with more features'.
one-hand opening and pocket-clips are important and handy. most SAK'kers don't like clips on them i recon, so i guess the clip should be provided separately for those who wish to use it.

Can't you just buy a sheath for it? Maybe put it on a clip and hang it from your belt, or belt loop? What size SAK are you looking at?

People also have customized their own SAKs and fitted a pocket clip - but it does require modifying the scales

I like a clip, I would really like a clip on my SAK's. I'm not terribly fond of digging through my pocket to get to my knife. And yes, one handed opening would be nice. Something like a Victorinox Trekker with a clip would be nice, without the saw though.
