The main clip on my Maxpedition Noatak broke. I have no idea how. I used it for a suburban walk and, later that day, it was cracked. The bag is in great shape despite being over 4 years old (I just use it around town on weekends). Their warranty department sounds challenging. Is it?
I never really loved it and I'm considering getting a different, less tactical, sling bag. Any recommendations? I like the Noatak's water bottle sleeve, clip access, and material. However, I find it bulky and I dislike the storage design.
