looking for ideas, pics and possible makers for a clipped front pocket sheath for traditional
Knives around the 4 inch range like a stockman or trapper I’d like it to have a deep carry clip and easy access to the knife . I know we have some very talented makers here on the forum any help and ideas will be greatly appreciated!!!

A clipped pocket Slip/Sheath is the best solution for carrying a Traditional knife in your pocket or IWB , the only thing that comes close or is arguably better is a belt Sheath .
A clipped sheath gives you so much security/ accessibility/ protection for the knife /versatility.

I made my own SAK ones a few years ago and they work brilliantly.

But but, That's what I do. I thought that's what pockets were made for.:)

There is a sticky at the top of this forum, where all the professionals list their contact information, what kind of work they do, web page if they have one. As I understand it, it is against the rules of this forum, for them to actively advertise or solicit work here. That is probably why you haven't gotten much response. It's up to you to read the sticky thread, pick one or more sheath makers and contact them. Or you can go to the exchange and post a want to buy add.

Or you could read the tutorial threads. (Another sticky at the top.) And make your own. Ask questions here if needed, and you will get lots of help. Because that is what this forum is about.

As OB mentioned easy enough to build yourself and all the help a guy could want around here.

I consider myself very fortunate to have some work done by Ken, a Beltless sheath for a folder. Very fine.

The Horsewright buckaroo pouch works great. The small size will fit a GEC 82 with the bolsters exposed.
