Clip-point of the Dustar DIMONA; sharpened or swedge?

I'm extremely tempted to purchase a Dustar DIMONA, but I've run into something of a slight problem.

I contacted KnifeCenter and I was informed that while is a version of this knife that has a sharpened top, the one that is listed on their website is a false top swedge. I have purchased from KC before, and certainly I trust them to know what they're talking about.

However, on the Dustar website, while the page for the ARAD mentions that they manufacture the blade in two styles (Plain, and Police/Military), this information is missing from the DIMONA's page. Furthermore, I did a bit of research on the knife, and it seems that based on what little information is out there on this particular model, people mentioned that this knife has a sharpened clip-point, and I've yet to find any information regarding a DIMONA with a swedge. In fact, almost everywhere I've looked, the seller has a disclaimer stating that this model of knife has a sharpened clip-point which may be illegal in certain places.

To complicate matters slightly, there is a review of this knife on KnifeCenter's Dustar DIMONA page that states that his DIMONA (which he obtained from KC) had a sharpened false edge.

I also wrote to Dustar, but being that shabbos just ended in Israel, I probably won't get a response so soon. So while it's highly likely that this knife has two blade variations, and that the knife listed on KC is the one with a swedge, the review up on KC is now making me have doubts as to which one is being listed.

TL;DR: KC told me it has a swedge, everywhere else (including a user who sold his here on BFC, as well as wrote the review on KC) say the false edge is sharpened.
