Recommendation? Clip Screw Patterns?

I recently picked up a new AM8 Glear and was looking into replacement pocket clips but couldn't find anything for the Glear specifically. Do knives ever use pre existing screw patterns? Can I find a Lynch clip with a similar looking pattern and ignore the knife it was made for? Or do I have to find someone who makes custom clips?

I think you should look for custom clips. Screw width, depth, length, etc. It is very unlikely that they will fit. You should find things made especially for this model. There are very talented people here.They can help you with this.
