Does anyone carry their sebenza in a clip slip? If so, which one (would also really appreciate pictures)?

Please excuse my ignorance and do not take it for anything else.
I don’t understand the purpose of these for a knife that comes with a clip. You take the clip off and add this for a clip?

Oh and I agree Sharp & Fiery Sharp & Fiery is indeed a super awesome dude!

In this case for mine, this doesn’t have a clip at all.

Some people want a clipless grip but still the usability of a pocket clip.. so this is the best of both worlds in that regard.

Thanks Matt.

Thanks everyone. badmatt badmatt that's almost exactly what I'm looking for. I got a box elder and want to carry it in a slip but don't want it in the bottom of the pocket so a clip slip seems to be the next best option.

I strongly recommend the safety pin trick for the pocket. Keeps it vertical and secure. The only way I carry.

What's the safety pin trick, or can you point me to a thread explaining?

Oh, sorry. I know I learned it from a thread but a long time ago. Rather than trying to search for it I’ll just explain.

Use a safety pin, oriented vertically near the bottom, to create a narrow section in your pocket. The knife slips into that section in your pocket and stays vertical. The inner thigh side of your pocket has a vertical edge, place the safety pin vertically near the bottom about 1-1.5” from that edge.

I’d post a pic for your but not in a place I can drop my pants at the moment 🤭
