Clipitool?

I picked one up last week on the exchange. Its a nice little gem. Its has a cool little clip and also a flat head screwdriver. Guess its good if drink Coronas you can cut limes too.
 
The issues I have are twofold. 1) It is a bit heavy. FRN would have been better and related to that 2) it is made in mainland China. You can get other tools that do more and weigh less and are made of steel. For example, I have a multitool on my key ring made of steel that has a 2" knife blade, tweezers, scissors, a file, screw driver, and more, and it weighs a bit less than the Clipitool. It also has a lifetime warranty. I am not trying to down Spyderco, but I think they have done better designs.
