Hi folks, let me show a new knive, steel Böhler N678, 3,5mm thickness, blade 110mm oal 240mm.
Guayacan wood, maple stabilized and alpaca spacers.

oh yes, alcapa is a animal, but talking about metal, is nickel silver, or german plate
