Clock Wrong

Whats wrong with the clock at the bottom? I have it set to be US eastern Standard and it's 12:37am here and the clock at the bottom of forum says 1:37am.

I've double checked all my account settings.

I've checked it multi times and its still showing its an hour ahead.

It has something to do with your DST (Daylight Savings Time) setting.
