Thank you for your kind words. I'm not sure what you are talking about when you say chinese clones?I'm sorry for your loss, and i don't want to rain on your sale, but i must tell you this are chinese clones. At least sell them as such, and you won't get a lot of complains.
These are used low priced knives, priced fairly. I see no indication they are Chinese clones. What are you seeing that I'm not? Typically the Chinese clone high dollar knives.I'm sorry for your loss, and i don't want to rain on your sale, but i must tell you this are chinese clones. At least sell them as such, and you won't get a lot of complains.
The chinese are copying anything, they don't give a shit about copy rights, and when it comes to knives, you can be sure that any knive who has a little notoriety will be ''cloned''.This means they will make a low quality replica with cheap steel, and they'll sell it for a fraction of the price. For example, the price for a Bear Grylls Paracord knife is around 60$,but you can buy a clone for around 20$.I don't go into ethics, anyone should buy what he wants, and if someone buy a replica knowing it's a replica, just to feel the knife in hand,or to use it as a beaterr it's one thing,,but if someone buys a knife thinking it's original, and then finds out he got a replica,he will be disapointed.Thank you for your kind words. I'm not an expert on knives. I welcome someone pointing out my mistakes and I correct any mistakes as I make them.
As far as these three fixed blade knives, two are Gerber and I don't know where the Meyerco is made.
True, they target mostly expensive knives, but they also clone cheap ones. For example there are clone of the Kershaw Cryo,or Spyderco Tenacious-probably produced in the same factory as the originals. Here is one example:These are used low priced knives, priced fairly.
