Hello I just upgraded to knife maker membership and posted a knife for sale in the for sale area but it says my post is closed. Why? How do I Fix this?

Easy fix. On the right hand side above the first post you'll see a few tabs. Click "Administrative". Open Thread should already be highlighted so just click Proceed and thread should open back up.
