really here is a few links that says 5160 steel. i dont know for sure but the RD-7 says 5160 and the rat 7 says 1095 this is a RD-7 i dont know if there the same.

The RD BUSH Series are 1095 & 3/16'' thick. They are clearly marked as BUSH as well.
The Plain RDs are 1/4'' 5160. This one appears to be the 1/4'' 5160 which is exactly what I want.
I'm leaving work in about 10 minutes and will send the Paypal as soon as I get home.

PS: I also have this original Ranger Custom by Justin in 1/4'' 5160. It's 7 1/2'' from tip to scale and not for sale.
