I think they're both awesome. You should just buy both and dual wield tactical 'hawks for all your breaching and wood processing needs. I've been eyeing the ZT and only just now became aware of the spydie bt I'd still personally go with the zt, despite knowing the spydie will be just as awesome.
 
I'm not familiar with that particular Spyderco hawk but have had my eye on the ZT (and Kershaw) hawks since they were announced earlier this year. Good luck deciding! And have a Merry Christmas!
 
The Szabohawk looks more like a fighter, its 5" shorter, lighter and the point would work better at penetrating (clothing, soft armor). The ZT should be a better all-arounder with more power/momentum in swings. 4V will have better toughness and probably slightly better edge retention.
