Steel will be BD1. Catalog images are always subject to the potential caveat of showing a pre-production prototype that may or may not have the same features as the final version. As for the construction I believe it will be pinned.

Sal posted this, over on the factory forum, a couple months ago saying that while the prototype was pinned, Eric later decided screws would be better.
