CloudFlare is misconfigured, and it's blocking RSS readers, which are typically not interactive, so you can't enter a captcha every time the RSS reader checks for new posts. You need to configure CloudFlare to not block automated readers from accessing URL's that have type=RSS2 in them. There might be more things that shouldn't be blocked, but that's the one I know about right now. RSS doesn't allow posting, so you don't have to worry about spam when you unblock RSS readers.
