i wish to thank 300 for directing my attention to this Buck Club topic site!

http://www.buckcollectorsclub.org/Discussion_Board_Threads.aspx

wow what a place to discuss club busness and
have a place of input on club activites!!!

it is under "Communications" select "Club MemberTopics"
note you must be a member to enter the BCCI website
and if you want you can down load a membership request form!
:D ( hee hee hee jest tell them that 334 dave (#749) told you about it!) ;)
joe could you make this a sticky so folks know were to look ?

Dave,
I am sorry you were not aware. The site can become more used if BCCI members want that. Right now its pretty slow. You even had your picture there and didn't know it.

In truth I come here twice a day or more, but only go there every couple of days. What prompted me to go grab 334 was someone asked a question about 111s and he had received no response after more than a week. Who here is the 111 go-to guy?

I was given the reminder that the Buck Knife Forum is not associated with the Buck Collectors Club, although many active Buck Bladeforum forumites are BCCI members. The BCCI chat room is provided for use for members of BCCI. Some have questioned the value in their BCCI club fee, as Plumb said once and I agree the quarterly newletter and the ability to access old catalogs and pricelists makes it worth the money. They also have a yearly fancy exclusive Buck knife only club members can order.
I am not an officer or paid writer. Just stating the facts and telling the "rest of the
(334) story". 300Bucks

I'm with you guys. I too wish more members would visit the BCCI site and post. I'm guilty of not going there very often (the discussion area), but that's mainly because it seems like it just stagnates and no one goes there.

Come on BCCI members, it's our site. Let's make something out of it.

Dave,
Some have questioned the value in their BCCI club fee, as Plumb said once and I agree the quarterly newletter and the ability to access old catalogs and pricelists makes it worth the money. They also have a yearly fancy exclusive Buck knife only club members can order.

And the savings from a BCCI member's ability to purchase Buck knives at cost plus 10% from Larry Oden can pay for a lifetime membership ($100) with just one knife purchase.

300 i told him what i thought on the 111's
{again any thing i say is not hard data! and is jest my thinking of the moment}
i had know of its creation but there were no post the time i went there but that here it is
i noted some of the post were older and checked in to some..
this has potential to be the first place i go to get buck news..
i encourage all BCCI members to go there and again if you are not a member
consider joining! and tell them that 334dave (#749) sent ya! ;)
hay this is no diff then telling every one at a knife show!:D

Great,

And let me say again, thanks for the great Buckmaster 184 history you wrote.....you set a level that all the rest of us will have to work hard to achieve.........300
