Awesome knife!!!!! Love that swedge. . .

What swedge? The spine of this knife appears to be flat from tip to handle.

Knife needs a swedge real bad.....a deeply cut one, at least 1/8".

Other than that, and maybe the handle being a touch long, it is a very attractive design

IMO

Nice looking folder.
Fit/finish appears clean, nice crisp blade grind, and appealing blade to handle ratio. I agree w/Steven, as the knife would benefit substantially from a well executed blade swedge.
I like your CCC makers mark (smart design), I don't care for whatever that mark is on the 'B' side is.

Pardon me for my dumbness........but how do you open this? No flipper, no thumb stud........not even an old school nail nick. I feel like I must be missing something obvious:confused:
Great looking knife........I really like the overall shape.
Darcy:)

STeven,

If you look at the third picture in the first post, I think you will see that the knife does indeed have a swedge. The angles that the knife is photographed in does however make it difficult to recognise, I had to look at it several times myself.

Nice knife btw, very clean.

Brian

thanks guys!!
there is a 40 degree swedge along the entire spine.
its a front flipper, when closed position its visible.
The B side mark is the mark of Francois the OP, when i make a knife for him i add his mark

Front flipper in action ...

Oooh, that's good-lookin'.
I'd crown that swedge, were it me. thumb-friendly. :)
What kind of lock, or is it a slippie?

Thanks for the illustration....just shows how photos can distort the visuals depending on the angle.

Good lookin'!
