CNS-14 steel

I was just looking at a website for swords and other mideval weaponry. It was stated that all of this companies swords and daggers are made from CNS-14 spring steel.

Does anyone know anything about CNS-14 steel? Can good swords and daggers be made from it?
 
I'm sorry for the lateness of my response, but I just now noticed this thread.

I have no idea what this "CNS-14" steel is, but I've seen enough of Therion's product line to be able to recommend them.

Very good stuff, and good folks to deal with too.
