Co-pilot ?????

I recently picked up a new spyderco which i think is a Co-pilot. It has a 2 inch plain blade, 5 inches overall, SS scales and a metal clip. The only markings on it are "SPYDERCO" & "SEKI JAPAN" both on the blade. It's used but in really good shape. I'd like to find out what the blade steel is and an approximate value. Any help appreciated...

Steel is G2 AKA GIN-1 value maybe 35 to 45

Latest versions had ATS-55 steel, but it was stamped on the blade, so I guess Rycen is right.
