Co-worker had me sharpen two of his knives.
This is his pride and joy: a Kershaw Leek. I knew he had a Kershaw but didn't know it was a USA made one. I figured maybe he had a chinese Kershaw.
Seems he took care of it. It still had an edge but needed some serious maintenance. It had been previously sharpened. One side was fine but the other side had like 3 different sharpening degrees. I set it all to one.
I cleaned it. Polished washers to 2,000 grit on polishing tapes (edge pro).
And adjusted pivot.
Then sharpened to a 2K grit finish then stropped.
