Hey everybody,
I guess this sort of a welcome post. But I recently did a video review for the Coast RX320, it being my first review. I just wanted to know if you guys could give me some criticism. What did I do right? What did I do wrong? I know at some points of the video that the knife gets off camera and I hope to fix that in the next video.

Thanks in advance everybody.

I think you did a fine job. However, and this may just be my opinion, this wasn't a review; it was an overview. An overview shows the knife, at various angles, shows some close-ups, goes over the product specs, and basically shows everything except actual usage. A review (again, my opinion) is your opinion of the product after using it. The paper-cutting test in your video was a paper-cutting test, not real use (again, my opinion). How long should you use it, and how hard? That's up to you. Personally, I consider testing "done" when the knife needs to be resharpened or fails. This lets me see how easily the knife takes to resharpening.

I'll also mention that I think the video length was fine' maybe a little too short. By all means, don't turn it into a 20-minute review, but about 8-10 minutes would be ideal for a simple folding knife. That amount shows the specs, lets you give your opinion before and after using, and lets you insert some snippets of you using it. I hope you stay around here for a while

For what it's worth, the Coast in your video is the same one my daughter bought a few weeks ago. She uses it to open envelopes and carve paper.
