Does anyone know where do get powder-coating materials, and the like?

Or does anyone have any suggestions or information on a good way to coat/protect/change color on plain metal finishes? I'm talking watch cases, blades, sunglasses frames, etc. I'm thinking something like a powder coat, which you could bake onto the surface of metal, rather than something like anodizing.

Does anyone have any experience with enamel/epoxy type paints?

Or maybe I'm wrong on this whole subject, I don't ever paint things except for with spray paint. So my first project (in preliminary stages) is to paint my sunglasses frames. I want to sand off all the blue (all scratched up anyway) and maybe replace it with a tougher, matte black. Just looking for ideas.

Thanks.

Try Gun-Kote from Kal-gard. It's the same stuff Chris Reeves uses to coat his one-piece knives. It's a very thin layer, but you have to bake it on.
