cobra knife guard

can anyone tell me where or who makes the cobra knife guards made of para cord and two chain links how much and where can i get mine thanks i see them on busse's all the time
 
For a second I thought you were talking about some sort of handguard like this:

That "Cobra Movie" knife was a custom made by W C "Bill" Johnson of Enon Ohio. I learned that recently when I attended the 09 Badger Knife Show:

It seems hard to believe considering the knives he had on his table were more of the traditional hunter design. Like the one I scored ;)
