Cobray folding thrower-- info?

I have a folding weapon, probably best described as an "Apache star", that use to be sold in SOF ads (and elsewhere, I suppose, but that is the only place I ever saw them). It consists of four blades with an eye bolt holding them together closed or open at right angles and has a camo nylon sheath. The manufacturer's markings read RPB Ind, Inc Atlanta, Georgia, and a patent number. It also has the Cobray symbol stamped on the blades. Can anyone give me more information, such as its name, who sold it, etc.?

That throwing knife had a name something like "Atchisson combat knife" and it was sold directly through the company for $20-30 depending on sheath and finish.
