This is my first knife stamped JS...nothing particularly spectacular, just a utilitarian hunter that fits the hand, is very sharp, and stays that way for a good while. 3 3/4 in. 1075 blade w/cocobolo handle and stainless fittings. Thanks for looking, comments and critiques welcome.

I like it. You should make more hunters. :)

Be careful with that Cocobolo. It will mess you up if you get too much of the dust.

a beautiful looking knife, but not at the expense of utility and ergonomics!
Well done, Lin's endorsement should not be underrated

I was going to say something interesting,
but I'm just going to second Lorien's post.
I'd buy it.

Thanks y'all. I haven't done many hunters but that will be changing in the future...the orders are there so I gotta fill 'em. I actually started on a hunter for myself, hopefully I'll be able to keep it. After playing with this one a little before it went away, I just had to have a knife! It will be a different blade but basically the same handle. Hope to be done with it in about a week. Ben

Looks good Ben. So where is the JS stamp? Other side?

Cocobolo wood is a bit like stress......... It sneaks up on you a little at a time, but when it hits........ You are down for the count.

Be careful, and thanks for letting us have a look.

Nice as usual. Very clean overall with an ergonomically pleasing handle.:thumbup::thumbup:

Great looking hunter, Ben. That dog will hunt. As Lin says, you need to crank out more of those. I can see an Ozark Black Walnut hunter from your shop being a hit. It looks hunter friendly.

I like that a whole lot Ben. Clean and mean, sweet also. Congrats on the stamp mate! Don't mind a bit of Banjo pickin. Sorry I wasn't there. Maybe next year if ya bring it along.
Cheers Keith

That is a sweet little knife Ben I love the look of cocobolo but I can not use it just the smallest smell of it makes my lungs hurt for days be careful

Blade is just about the right length but the Handle should be about 4 1/2" !* Is it for "SALE".?? email me if it is.* Thx.
