Cocobolo Scales for Spyderco Delica! And a plea (BIG PICS)

Thought I'd show off my go at making my Delica a classy gentleman's knife :) I've never worked with such precise tolerances making mods for my belongings before, so this was quite the challenge. I'm pretty proud of the result, though!

My build process:
- Purchased cocobolo blanks from eBay
- To accommodate for the recessed liners, I took another forum member's theoretical solution: I cut out a negative from thin ~.050" (about the thickness of the liners) black plastic cutting mat that fit around the liner perfectly, epoxied that onto the cocobolo block, traced out the scale outline, and cut out the rough outline with a scroll saw. Et voila, laminate alternative to routing out the recess. As always, measure twice, cut once.
- Sanded the excess with a drum sander attached to my drill press and a shopvac jury-rigged to intake the toxic cocobolo dust.
- Used a router and 1/2" bit to remove about 3/16" material from the now near-perfectly shaped blank.
- Drilled and countersunk the holes
- Rounded edges, sanded the piece.
- Finish sanded with 600 grit sandpaper.
- Rubbed out a finish of carnauba wax.

It's ALMOST gripe-free. The one (rather major) issue is --- I lost a screw and bushing set in the build process. I cringe and regret, but I don't want to buy an entire Delica spare parts kit just for one screw-bushing set. So I've come here for your community: has anyone blundered as I have, bought a parts kit, and have Delica parts unused? I'm willing to pay a small price for just the one screw and bushing :)

Thanks for looking all!
