B52 carbon steel blade is 6/8 inch tall offset blade in cocobolo but the shorty part is that the blade is only just a hair over 2 inch of cutting edge

Beautiful.
I am just not brave enough to try and shave with such a razor, and it's a pity...

What is the diameter of the wheel you use to grind the blade ?
The grinds look quite deep in the photos.

that one was ground on a 10 and 5 inch wheel (its a half hollow ) full hollow woudl also get ground ona 2 inch whheel
saving is not bad with a straight razor jsut dont slide sideways and dont get in a rush. i have been doing it for oave 4 years now and will not go back to crap razors and even more sad shave cream(im a fan of mamabear soaps ) good shave soap or cream can make a world of difference in even a shave with one of them crappy multi blade razors
