That is smooth looking. The Shadetree Micarta is really appealing and they do so many different materials. Love the stuff.
 
Very nice Scott! Though I'm old school enough that I like them better when you do the guards on them :) The Shadetree burlap micarta is some pretty awesome handle material. I have a few knives with it, and have had several. Their forest green is one of my favoirtes of all. I like the way the burlap feels in hand and, living in a temperate rain forest, I like that it gets even grippier when it gets wet.
