what do you guys think of this knife
Coghlan's no.9 with the clip carbone blade and slimline type handle?

I have the Coghlan's No 7 in carbon. Very nice slim little knife. Great to throw in dress pants or the lunch box.

In my opinion, the No 9 is more of a working knive and deserves the fishtail handle. Not to say the slum isn't comfortable but I find the fishtail more comfortable for harder work.

Your mileage may vary, of course.
 
I have one. My kid has another. I bought him a GEC made trapper, but it will be a while until he can pull the blades open.

So I got him one of these.

They are inexpensive, light, and unobtrusive to carry.

They are not as comfortable in hard cutting as the bigger handled models. But for my uses they are fine.
