Cold Creek Manor sheep hammer

Hey all,

I'm guesisng this forum section would be the right one for "war hammers" too? I saw a movie years ago called "cold creek manor' in the movie there are some hammers that were used supposedly for killing sheep. They are wicked looking.

I can't find a picture anywhere. Does anybody know what I'm talking about, have a picture, or know what they were modeled on? I don't know how practical they are for anything, but one would sure look great on a wall.

I know it's just a movie, but the fact that the spike part of the hammer was actually flat instead of becoming narrower to form a conus-shape (e.g. like the Spike on the CS war hammer), made it seem less effective than it could be. Anyhow, looks like an interesting movie, I gotta watch it completely sometime. Thanks for the tip!

Looks like the sudden narrowing was to prevent over-penetration of the spike. Interesting!
