So, a while ago, our Brother in Infi asked for some ideas to complete an order from the Busse Custom shop. In this contest, I was lucky enough to be chosen as the recipient of the prize.......a 24 pack of the beer of my choice. Well, I don't drink, so I chose my favorite Root Beer!

Henry Weinhard's Root Beer. Pretty tasty stuff, especially when really cold and frosty!

Well I grabbed some from the store (really, a bunch, thanks to Lennox).

Thats a lotta root beer!

I just wanted to say thanks to a great Hog, Lennox.

Also, to all, have a great Thanks Giving. I've got a lot to be thankful for.

It was "root beer", I promise.;)

Fun photos, playful and happy kids are second only to sleeping ones.

awesome, my kind of party.

Ahhhh root beer..........fuel for monster belching. Having a wife and raising two daughters, I am now enjoying teaching my three grandsons the art of the melodious burp......LOL

Great pics. I tried to get my nieces to do the same thing last night. My brother was not to happy. :p

Awesome pictures!! I'm not quite sure what all is on the half of the pizza that has the bacon, olives, pepperoni, and more but it looks phenominal. Is that Mjölnir is see laying on the ground with Buzz Lightyear, it looks like you've got some super heroes in training!

Nice to see you and your boys enjoying the root beer :D:thumbup: i have to try some Henry Weinhard's when i am going to the Knob in April.. The knife suggestion you came up with that won the contest is sadly not possible for Garth to make at this point but Lexi has put me on the waiting list so the knife will be made as soon as Garth has a blank to work with. Probably going to be two weeks but i got plenty of time. we have saying in Norway that translates to something like : the one that waits for something good does not wait in vain..

The first custom shop knife though is due in ca 8-10 weeks and it is a MBC with natural mammoth tooth slabs on red liners with mosaic pins

The knifes that i am on the waiting list for other than your winning suggestion (The custom SarQ) is a Drop point hunter a SAR 3 and a Meaner street , all of them with mammoth on black G10 with red liners and mosaic pins..

On the pizza, half is what Chico's Pizza calls their Hochstetter's pizza. (Funny enough, and I suppose appropirate for this forum, locals pronounce it Hogs-Stedder) Tons of Peperoni, Bacon, Canadian Bacon (ham), and olives. Pretty darned delicious. They are a hole in the wall. Don't deliver, don't open till 4pm. The wait time for a pizza is normally an hour +. They have not redecorated in 30 years. Same heavy benches and tables.

I wonder if you bought a SARQ off the secondary market and used it for the blank, I bet the custom shop could shine it up, add a clip, and handles????
