Cold Steel American Lawman vs Recon I Spear Point

Any thoughts on these 2?
On the surface, they seem very similar other
than the .5" longer blade on the Recon.

The Lawman has steel liners beneath the G10 while the Recon has no liners. I've been within an eyelash of ordering the Mini-Lawman the last couple days. It should be a tank of a knife with that build and the Tri-ad lock.

The Recon 1 spear point is not out yet, but going from the other Recon 1's I would prefer the Recon 1. I am a fan of longer blades so that is my reasoning. The American Lawman is a great feeling knife though. It has that stout feel without being smaller than my hand.

I wonder how the Mini Lawman feels in the hand compared to the full sized one.
