Cold Steel Black Sable- conversion?

Whats' up Everyone -

I've got a CS Black Sable and I want to make it easier to open. Can I add some sort of spring assistance or even an auto conversion. Does anyone have any ideas or sugestions? I'd love to hear from anyone who has experience with the Black Sable


P/S - Im begining to think that CS may be way overpriced
 
Not too likely on an auto assist or anything like that. I would try using Militec-1 and maybe even try to get some phosphorous bronze washers from Knifekits.com.
My zytel ti-lite was very stiff at first, and took a little break-in tome to loosen up a bit. Militec-1 helped out a lot for it. Worse comes to worse you could take it apart and further polish the tang area of the blade where it contacts the washers.

I do believe that CS charges way too much for their knives, they can be found much cheaper on the internet. I paid $50 for a 5" Voyager when it was 79.99 in their special projects catalog.
